Client Problem:

Susan*, the Human Resource director of a large manufacturing company an hour away from PPI, regularly orders uniforms for her employees. She orders on Monday and the uniforms are delivered on Friday either through UPS or a company courier. One Friday morning she called our sales representative Sheila to say they were closing early and she needed the uniforms before noon.

The PPI Solution:

Sheila moved to action quickly calling UPS to find out which driver had the uniforms and how to contact him. Within a few minutes, she’d located the uniforms but the driver had some deliveries he was required to make before noon before he could deliver the uniforms. So Sheila hopped in her car and started to drive. She met the driver at one of his scheduled stops, picked up the uniforms and delivered them personally all before noon.
